About the Company

An artist at heart, Rachel loved salsa but couldn’t find a store bought version that truly satisfied her cravings, so she set out to create her own. After years of experimenting in her kitchen, she perfected a balanced, blend of tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, lime, and just the right amount of heat. Rachel never intended to start a business but with encouragement from friends and family she decided to take the leap and launch RAWsalsa.

What began as a personal challenge quickly grew into something bigger, fueled by local support and a love for real, fresh flavor. Today, RAWsalsa is hand made in small batches in their Department of Agriculture certified kitchen and delivered straight to local markets and select retail shelves.

From the original tomato blend to new favorites like pineapple, verde, mango, queso and cheesy jalapeño corn dip, RAWsalsa continues to evolve while staying true to its roots. With seasonal fruit salsas, DIY kits on the way, and the Nacho Wagon food truck in the wings, we’re excited for what’s next, always keeping quality, dependability, sustainability, and flavor at the heart of it all.
